It has always been our goal that our customers are completely satisfied with every purchase they make with us. Therefore, all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping. KnifeMatch makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties or conditions of title, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. KnifeMatch is not responsible for printing or typographical errors. Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order the buyer represents that they are of legal age and that the items ordered will be used in a lawful manner. We assume no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from us. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by governmental/inspection agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.
Return Policies
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may notify us within 3 days of receipt for a full refund of the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking and credit card processing fee. The item must be returned in the same condition as received and must be shipped fully insured via any common carrier.Most custom knives are guaranteed by the approved knifemakers with galleries on this site and most factory knives carry the manufacturer's warranty. There are no implied or expressed warranties. The stability of natural handle materials (such as bone, ivory, wood, pearl, etc.) cannot be warranted. If an item needs to be returned due to our error, we will offer a full refund. Contact us before sending any item back as a return. We will not accept any returns without prior approval (RMA … Return Merchandize Authorization).
